7. Orders & Payments

Ready Meals Delivery

  • All orders must be placed through approved channels (website, phone, or partners like GoPrep)
  • Payment must be completed at checkout
  • Orders are confirmed only once payment is received

Catering Services

  • A proposal or quote does not guarantee availability
  • Bookings require a deposit to secure the date
  • Final balance must be paid by the agreed deadline
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Ready Meals

Due to the nature of fresh food preparation, ready-meal orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we will assist where reasonably possible.

9. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • We take great care with allergens, but cannot guarantee absence of traces due to shared kitchen environments
  • Customers are responsible for informing us of ALL allergies
  • We do not accept liability for reactions where correct information was not provided

Full allergen details are available upon request.

10. Delivery Policy

We deliver to selected postcodes, which may be expanded or modified at our discretion.

Delivery windows are approximate; delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.

If no one is available to receive the order, meals may be left in a safe place at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Losses caused by incorrect storage, reheating, or handling of food once delivered
  • Business losses, indirect losses, or loss of data
  • Events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, severe weather, supply interruptions)

Nothing excludes liability where UK law does not allow it (e.g., negligence causing injury).
